Clean. Contemporary. Felt very NYC.
Too small. A bit a of walk, not much, to Beale street.
Nice hotel. Very small, but clean and contemporary (thing nice NYC hotel). Not eat in the restaurant as it smelled very fishy the first night we peeked in.

Rooms are too small and ours was not clean.
I was expecting much more considering this is a 4 star hotel. My bathroom was dirty and the room is very small. Parking fees are outrageous! I will not stay here again!

My stay at the Madison was very relaxing.
My bed was never made or straightened.
The staff at the Madison is very friendly and extremely helpful and welcoming. The only downside I encountered was my room was never serviced during the day on Saturday, June 3, 2006. Towels were dropped off in the evening, but the bed was not made or straightened or turned down. The items I used from the mini-bar were not replenished. ...read more
